Subject: Start and stop times - your input on two sections, by Thursday 1 October


Hi all,

The draft procedure on start and stop times is attached. Before it goes any
further I want your input on two sections, because you are the ones who will
have to work with them.

Section 5 - Deviation reason codes
Are these the reasons we actually see on the quay? Anything missing, anything
we would never use?

Section 8 - Roles and responsibilities
Is the split between Tally, SV and GSV right? Tell me where it does not match
how the shift really runs.

You do not need to read the whole document. Those two sections are enough.

Please send me your comments by Thursday 1 October. A few lines in an email is
fine - no need for anything formal.
