Paste the folder straight out of Explorer (the address bar, or right-click → Copy as path — the quotes are fine). The newest .xlsm / .xlsx / .xls report in that folder is read every half minute; Excel's own ~$ lock files are ignored. Commodity, cargo, tonnage, holds and gangs all arrive with the first report, so there is nothing else to type.
